NFL rumors: Ex-Eagles LB Mychal Kendricks to Browns?
Mychal Kendricks spent six years with the Eagles, and capped his tenure with a Super Bowl.
For the 2018 season, he’ll be going from first to worst Kendricks will sign a one-year contract with the Cleveland Browns, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The Eagles released Kendricks on May 22, and he apparently was happy to be let go. Now he’ll be joining a Browns team coming off an 0-16 campaign, though Cleveland is much-improved after a busy off-season.
The Eagles saved $6 million by releasing Kendricks, providing some much-needed cap relief. Kendricks had a volatile six-year tenure with the Eagles, frequently being shopped around in trades, at one point requesting a trade himself, frustrated with the Eagles’ usage of him.
There’s even a couple of places showing odds for Wednesday’s Game 3 in Cleveland already. For that one, and this number will likely change based on Game 2, the Warriors are showing up as 4 1/2-point favorites.
LeBron James says the Warriors are pretty with Iguodala, and pretty good without him.
The Cavaliers All-Star says the Warriors have had a two-time MVP sit out playoff games and they’ve won…. They’re good. They’re great, actually. So let’s not get too far on that.
The Warriors will evaluate Klay Thompson after pregame warmups to see how he does on his sprained left ankle suffered in the first quarter of Game 1 when J.R. Smith slid into him.
Kerr says Thompson was doing better this morning when he checked in with the training staff, so I’m hopeful he will play.
Ennis explained her motives for going to police with an allegation of Foster’s attack while testifying at a pretrial hearing in San Jose — saying she wanted to f–k up his career after he tried to break up with her, according to The Athletic.
Ennis told responding officers in February that Foster had dragged her down the stairs by her hair, threw her out of the house, punched her in the head eight to 10 times and spit on her.
Ennis — who had begun recanting her original story within two days of relaying it, the district attorney confirmed in court, and formally did so through her attorney in late April — said on Thursday all those behaviors she described were lies.
